Private Guard Gated Community
Newman Village is a residential guard gated community located just off Eldorado Parkway stretching north to Panther Creek Parkway and west of Legacy Drive. The homes in Newman Village are centered around an Italian inspired plaza reminiscent of Old World Italy with fountains, a community pool, and a multi-use center. Architecturally, the homes feature some of the best designs in the area, including but not limited to Mediterranean, Spanish, Modern, Plantation, Tuscan, and more. Most of the properties have European and Mediterranean architectural influences in traditional style single family homes with large lots.
